DAY 1: SAIGON – VUNG LIEM           (-/-/D)

You are picked up at hotel and transferred to  Trung Nghia, Vung Liem (approx. 135 km within three hours via Bentre route) included car with driver 

Upon arrival, you will meet a representative and you are led to the lodge along countryside path. After just a short walk you will be treated to a welcome drink. Check in

Select bicycles for a cycling tour in the afternoon on quiet village roads passing or stop at green rice paddies, sedge field and small villages with local life experience. Along the way, you have a change to visit dragon fruit plantations (long ride requested). This is a relaxing time with plenty of chances to capture the picturesque Asian sun set scenes. Enjoy the beautiful sunset before returning to the lodge and relaxation.

You are the chef! A traditional cooking class with Vietnamese pancake. A great learning experience that means you can take a little of Vietnam home with you. Dinner is served at lodge's restaurant

DAY 2: VUNG LIEM – DEPARTURE     (B/L/D)

After breakfast, loaded boats are already heading to local market and transporting goods such as coconuts from one factory to the other, crossing local ferry to visit beautiful Cao Dai temple. We also had a chance to see these factories. Situated alongside the river, these are small coconut-processing operations. Once the coconut has been shelled, the coconut fibers are removed from the husk to make rope, which in turn is used to weave rugs. You can watch the whole manufacturing process in a short period of time. Most of the work is done by hand at very low cost. The buyers are mostly foreign companies. Back to Lodge and have lunch 

Option 1: After a chance to rest, you walk around village paths leading us to home of Mr. Cong where you watch how he makes pop rice, shows you the blend of traditional and modern agricultural method that sustains the local village. He will reveal the secret of making 'rice pop'. This unique and nutritious foodstuff can be a gift for friends or family. Another visit to home of Mrs Chien who shares with you about life and weaving leaves to make house roof, learning to make poon candle using for lighlting at night. Your guide explains how the animals are raised and shows you the way they collect 'biogas' to make free and sustainable cooking food.

Option 2: Tour by car to Tra Vinh province (driver only if you don’t book guide from Saigon), Visit Ao Ba Om  is one of the most scenic spots in the Mekong Delta. With its water surface area of 39,000 square metres, the pond is endowed a cool climate all year round and surrounded by centennial trees. The pond is also known as Square Pond.

Ba Om Pond, along with Ang Pagoda and Khmer Cultural Museum, attracts thousands of tourists and campers throughout the year, Ang Pagoda, one of the oldest Khmer Pagoda in Vietnam, is a relaxing and beautiful place of Khmer architectural designs.

Luong xuyen Pagoda. is a well-known ancient pagoda of the Mahayana Buddhism in Tra Vinh province. Today, Luong Xuyen Pagoda is the Office of the Managing Committee of Vietnam Buddhism, Tra Vinh Provincial. It has also been restored and rebuilt so as to be deserving of the historical stature of a pagoda used to be the Buddhist Centre of the Southern region.

DAY 3: TRUNG NGHIA – DEPARTURE     (B)

Breakfast at lodge, you will take a rowing boat through canal to visit Frog Farm, staste food and interact with locals

Free at leisure and check out and transfer back to your hotel in Saigon. The end
