Since the opening in may 2016, B3 Steakhouse and Craft Beer (Level
1, 90 Nguyen Hue, D1; 3pm-11pm) has been quietly gaining a loyal following with its juicy cuts of grass-fed New Zealand beef, served in a premise located inside a historic heritage building in downtown Saigon.
Being different from other steakhouses in town, the restaurant brings a friendly and cozy atmosphere by combining retro and contemporary street art in its decor. The name B3 Steakhouse stands for Beer, Beef and Buddies (in Vietnamese it’s Bia, Bò and Bạn). They are unquestionably the ingredients for a good time, one that we embraced during our recent trip.

"Hidden away from the main road this huge garden house is beautiful and the staff were excellent.
Four of us were treated to a fixed menu that was amazing. The dishes were so beautifully prepared, that we didn't want to eat them, just admire the decorations and handiwork of the chef. 
We started with multiple dishes of pork, shrimp, seafood and vegetables. They were delicious! I mean tasty, exploding with flavor. The entrees were all fresh and seasoned perfectly, while remaining true to the local flavors of the city. The deserts were awesome and the staff was fantastic!
This is a great restaurant that takes the Vietnam experience to the next level of greatness."
