Hugh Le, a Mekong Delta native who has lived in Ho Chi Minh City for 28 years, is a seasoned hospitality professional with 26 years of experience in travel agency operations in Vietnam. His passion for travel and extensive industry knowledge are evident in his work.
Hugh holds a degree in English from a Pedagogical University in Saigon, a diploma in tourism, and a master’s degree in Hospitality from Columbia Southern University in the USA. He spent 6 years as Branch Manager for a Swiss travel agency in southern Vietnam and has two years of experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), successfully organizing numerous events, particularly in Saigon.
He later served as Operations Manager at Abercrombie & Kent Vietnam for over 4 years, where he managed luxury travel services, including 5-star hotels, luxury vehicles, and overnight cruises. Hugh is also adept at organizing land tours from Vietnam through Cambodia and Laos to Thailand, as well as Mekong River cruises up to Cambodia, and coordinating exclusive shore excursions for unique and immersive experiences.
For the past decade, Hugh has managed Coco Riverside Lodge in Vung Liem, crafting memorable experiences for travelers exploring the Mekong Delta. His wife, with a background in finance and administration from a government bank, plays a key role in the success of their family business.
